The Redlegs play host as they aim to repeat their round one win against an admittedly different side.
"We obviously look at them as the benchmark of the competition," coach Corry Goodluck said.
"So we are really looking forward to the challenge and really looking forward to seeing where our group is at the half way mark of the year and to see who is ready to stand up against these top quality sides."
They welcome back Sam Douglas as South swap Ben Webb for Thomas Beaumont after one of their best wins of the season, according to coach Anthony Taylor.
"There's no bigger challenge than Bracknell out there," he said.
"I think they've been in the top two all year and they are certainly going to be there when the whips are cracking at the end of the year."
"We know it's going to be a huge challenge but it's certainly something that we not only believe we are up for but we look forward to."
Another duo who had a nail-biting round one match, Rocherlea and Deloraine do battle, with the hosting Tigers looking to improve on their four-quarter play.

"When we played them out there, in the first half we played really good footy and fell away from it, so we are just looking to build on those two quarters we had out there and turn it into a four-quarter effort this week," coach Andrew Cox-Goodyer said.
Opposing coach Lochy Dornauf agreed, admitting that both Rocherlea and Bracknell, who the Kangaroos played last week, may feel somewhat cheated after losing tight games.
"We played one really good half of football and they played a poor half at that stage as well, so it's always tough to play against the Rockapes," he said.
"I'm expecting a pretty close finish but hopefully we've got the class to overcome them."
Hillwood coach Jake Pearce is hoping his young side will be fresh after the bye as the Sharks host Scottsdale.
After the side's "worst effort of the year" in their last match, Pearce gave his group the week off, hoping to get the best out of them this week against a tough Scottsdale unit.
"They've been definitely the big improvers I think," he said.
"Led by [coach Ethan] Petterwood, he's a good leader, they've got some quality players around there, Brady Gee, both the Young boys which are really good and then you've got Kyle Lanham up forward so they've got a bit of firepower as well."
Scottsdale assistant coach Lochie Young was pleased with his side's physicality in their previous match-up and can't wait take on the Sharks after the long weekend.
"We are keen to get back into it, with that week off you lose a bit of mojo so we look to tonight [Thursday] to get good numbers on the training track, get stuck into it and hopefully have a good game on the weekend," he said.
Longford celebrates Cameron Gard's 200th senior game as the Tigers host Lilydale.
After a tough loss to South Launceston, coach Beau Thorp said the side reviewed their performance during the break and refreshed for the back half.
"We know they are a very different side to the last time we met ... they had a lot of personnel out so we will be expecting a very, very solid contest this week," he said.
"It's obviously a big day for our footy club with one of our club favourites playing his 200th senior game, so the boys will be pretty keen to knuckle down and come away with the win."
The round one loss will be in the back of Bridgenorth coach Phil Lethbrorg's mind as the Parrots look to showcase their improvement.
"We are looking forward to hopefully improving on round one where they gave us a bit of a touch up," he said.
"I think we need to defend better and transition better [than round one], so we will be concentrating on that."
