The Torns' fixtures against the Albury-Wodonga Bandits and Melbourne Tigers were canned, along with the entire NBL1 South round nine schedule due to COVID restrictions in Victoria.
"We always knew there was a potential to have some of our games changed after the last few weeks," Torns head coach Sarah Veale said.
"We've been really lucky that we could still play against Hobart and Mount Gambier the previous week.
"We're just using it to our best advantage and preparing for our next match against Bendigo."

The NBL1 South has revised the remainder of the rostering, shortening the season from 22 games to 20.
The Torns' home game against the Nunawading Spectres had been moved to August, with the side instead playing the Geelong Supercats at the Elphin Sports Centre on July 3.
"The whole fixture moving forward looks quite different," Veale said.
With many Torns players also competing in the NWBU finals on the North-West coast, Veale said the extra week will help them with load management.
"It's been good - we've had a big reset and re-evaluated where we were at and what we need to do," she said.
