The man has pleaded not guilty to a charge of rape and is on trial in the Supreme Court in Burnie this week.
On Wednesday the witness told the court the man had his underwear around his ankles and was on top her naked, unconscious friend, and she saw that he was raping her.
IN OTHER NEWS:
In closing statements on Wednesday afternoon, Crown prosecutor Yolanda Prenc reminded the jury that it was the girl's evidence the man had then spoken to her.
"Either join in or f--- off," Ms Prenc repeated.
The witness told the jury that after initially closing the door to the car, she realised her friend needed help, and she reached in and grabbed her by the arm.
"I closed the door and then realised I shouldn't leave her there, so I opened the door and pulled her out," she said.
"I dragged her out of the car."
During cross examination, defence lawyer Greg Richardson questioned her over inconsistencies between evidence she had given in court and what she had told police in 2018.
She answered that the police had asked different questions than Mr Richardson was asking.
When Mr Richardson continued questioning her about her actions on the night, including why she had hidden a bottle of alcohol which the accused man brought to the house, she said she was young at the time.
"I was 15 and I was scared," she said.
In closing statements, Mr Richardson said evidence had been presented on the trial that the girls had been drinking and were drunk prior to the accused man arriving at the house.
During cross examination the witness repeatedly said this was not the case, and though she and her friend had drunk alcohol to excess a number of times before, they had not been drinking on this night.
"We were 15. We were babysitting. Where were we meant to get alcohol from?" she said.
"They lied to you," Mr Richardson told the jury in closing statements, and repeated that the witness and the alleged victim were not credible. The trial continues.
