Malnourished dog case costs Newnham pair $16,000 plus fines

A Newnham pair must pay almost $16,000 and were each fined $1000 for allowing their pet Staffordshire bull terrier to become emaciated after she gave birth to a litter of puppies, which were sold online for $100 each.
