
Dark Mofo will be adding new shows to its program in the coming days.
Organisers of the annual winter festival said most of the tickets released on Thursday had sold out within an hour of the release.

Director Leigh Carmichael said new shows would be announced in the coming days, in an attempt to cater for ticket demands.

More than 7150 tickets were sold between 12-3pm on Thursday.
Tickets to the Canadian performance Nightwalks With Teenagers sold out in just 16 minutes for all four nights.
Other program events such as Thurston Moore with Wobbly, Om, Circuit des Yeux, Jesus' Blood Never Failed Me Yet, A Hut in Toyama and Solstice Eve were also popular.
The majority of Dark Mofo 2021 is free to the public and allocated via a ballot system, which is open until midnight on Sunday.
Anyone who missed out on event tickets can get on the waitlist via darkmo.fo/waitlist.
Dark Mofo will be held from June 16-22.
