Riverside claimed a win over Ulverstone on Saturday in the division one preliminary finals 4-2.
With a pair of walkovers in hand, Riverside's wins from Matthew Johnson and and Isaac Roberts secured the team's progression to the final.
The final between Riverside and Kingston came down to the wire, but a 19-hole win by the former's Andrew McCarthy over the latter's Matthew Glover sealed his team's 4-3 win.
Launceston Golf Club had a tough Sunday in the division two final against Royal Hobart, who won their match 4-2.
Lilydale footballer Sonny Whiting won a close match for Launceston, but convincing wins from Royal Hobart's Curt Page, Adam Neal and Kyle Spruce had their team in control.
ELSEWHERE IN SPORT:
Ulverstone had better luck in the division three preliminary final on Saturday against Bicheno, sweeping 5-0.
Ulverstone's Scott Van Essen, Rodney Edwards and David Allen all secured solid wins by more than seven holes each.
Celebrations were short-lived, however, as Ulverstone fell in a back-and-forth final against Huon Valley 4-3 on Sunday.
Van Essen and Edwards continued their winning form, but two big wins Sebastian Griggs and Mat Howe had Huon Valley winning the final.
Prospect Vale's women's team took out the division one final over a combined Burnie and Wynyard team 3-1 on Sunday.
Prospect's Katrina Archer and Tammy Hall secured vital wins over their coastal opponents, with Deirdre Panton also notching a victory on the day.
Ulverstone's division two women's team nabbed themselves a comprehensive 4-0 win over Elderslie in their finals push.
A talented Ulverstone team saw quality wins from Sharna Prisell, Gaylene Melhuish, Mary Wyllie and Vicki Edwards.
They will play Launceston Golf Club in the division two final on Monday.
Seabrook and Orford golf clubs will play in the division three final on Monday as well.
