Ladder-leader Launceston hosts Hillwood (third), Bridgenorth (second) plays Old Scotch (fifth) and Old Launcestonians (fourth) travel to Scottsdale on Friday night.
After analysing the pack, Hillwood coach Dwayne Beeton thinks Scottsdale and Launceston are the ones to beat and after playing the Magpies last week, his side faces the Blues.
"The more sides we can beat above us, the more opportunity we will have," he said.
"Launnie is on top of the ladder but you've got to beat someone above you to get back in to the five, which we aren't out of, but we've played a game more than everybody else."

The Blues' depth was tested last week, fielding just 15 players but still producing a strong win, showing how dangerous the former State League side can be.
After a strong team effort in a big win last week, Old Scotch coach Deb Reynolds said her young, excited group is looking forward to playing Bridgenorth.
"We'll go into the game aware of Bridgenorth's start to the season but we'll prepare ourselves accordingly based off our structures, so in that sense, we'll put our best foot forward and be ready.
"We are excited to play different opponents each week, see what they can bring, what we can bring and let's hope it's a good game of footy."
The Parrots have won three of their four, with powerful forward Emily McKinnell proving her worth - kicking 17 of their 30 goals so far.
Yet to be scored against this season, Old Launcestonians face their biggest challenge so far with a Friday night trip to Scottsdale.
Playing for the Magpies for five years, Blues coach Mark Prior knows the ground but hasn't played under lights.
"It'll be a nice test for the girls against a very nice side in Scottsdale," Prior said.
"I think that's why you play footy, you're tested every week in this game ... it's not an easy game and it does ask a lot of you."
Despite some rough weeks on the scoreboard, George Town coach Dave Marshall has been pleased with his side's development before its match-up against Meander Valley.
Noting drastic skill improvements which have limited huge scores against them, Marshall believes the two sides are evenly matched.
"They are sort of rebuilding again and are at a similar stage to we are at, so it will be interesting at least," he said.
"You get a good following on a Friday night, being the only team playing, so the locals support it rather well."
Meander Valley sits half a game below the Saints in ninth position, boasting a healthy percentage of 120.
In the round's twilight match-up, Longford hosts Evandale as the pair look to get the cogs turning on season 2021.
Newcomers to the league this season, the youthful Tigers have scored 25 points across their three games and have struggled to defend against experienced outfits.
The Eagles won their first match-up against Meander Valley but have been met with the competition's heavyweights since, and will be out to get back on the winners' list.
