The 18-year-old was one of 14 Tasmanians in a list of more than 300 players from around Australia released by several media outlets ahead of the June 2 draft.
While eager players still have until May 25 to register their interest, Sanders - who collected plenty of football in the Northern Bombers' 85-point win over Glenorchy - was joined by fellow TSL players Joseph Salmon, Taine Sookee (both Lauderdale) and Jye Menzie (North Hobart).

Former North Launceston teammate Jackson Callow, who is kicking goals for SANFL side Norwood, also nominated after training with Hawthorn during the pre-season, while three-time Werribee VFL best and fairest winner Matt Hanson, who plied his trade for South Launceston and Western Storm, is aiming for a spot.
A combined 36 games of AFL experience from former listed players Brady Grey (Fremantle), Mitch Hibberd (Essendon and North Melbourne), Kieran Lovell (Hawthorn), Mitch O'Neill (West Coast), Fraser Turner (Richmond) and Mackenzie Willis (Gold Coast) may be added to if drafted.
Lovell and Willis returned to Tasmania to play for Kingborough last season, with all six playing in other state leagues in 2021.
Hamish Allan and Sam Collins, both North Hobart members of Tasmania Devils' inaugural NAB League season who have since moved to Sturt and Oakleigh Chargers respectively, also put their names forward.
