Dunbar also notched a conversion on the day, and was joined by Tom Kendall, Nicholas Makeham, Watene Kuka, Simione Tokomaata and NSW addition TJ Pieters in the try-scoring department.
Tigers president Isaac Anderson said coach Jai Maluga gave his players plenty of feedback after the close loss to the Devonport Bulls a week prior.
Anderson credited the win to the Tigers' staunch defensive effort.
"Obviously keeping them to zero points is pretty pleasing," he said.
"The boys as a team protected really well and never gave the opposition a chance to attack."

The second grade Tigers team kept it's dominative form going against Harlequins Blue, squashing them 80-34.
Anderson said Tigers winger Manu Fifita, who scored two tries himself, was crucial in opening lanes for scoring.
The Tigers will play both Harlequins teams at Rugby Park in Hobart on Saturday.
