About 10.45pm, crews from Rocherlea, Karoola and Lilydale attended a large shed fire at Pipers River Road, Turners Marsh.
When crews arrived they found a shed, which contained two vehicles, fully alight.
A TFS spokesperson said the shed contained a new Volvo car and a specialist interest vehicle.
The spokesperson said estimated damages were about $200,000.
The cause of the fire has not been determined at this stage, the spokesperson said.

Meanwhile, about 3.15am, crews from Ringarooma, Branxholm and Scottsdale attended a house fire on Main Street, Ringarooma.
When crews arrived they found fire in the roof space.
A TFS spokesperson said investigations were ongoing.
