Spirit Super - which arose from the merger of MTAA Super and Tasplan in April - will also use its new marketing campaign to promote its new identity.
"We're in an interesting position for brand awareness," chief executive Leeanne Turner said.
"The Spirit Super name is new, but the fund itself - with over 326,000 former MTAA Super and Tasplan members - has a long and proud history of great service and solid returns."
The campaign, "It all starts with spirit," will be launched on Sunday.
The fund in early April said it had more than $23 billion in funds under management.
MTAA Super and Tasplan received platinum ratings from SuperRatings during the previous year and were named best value for money funds for 2020.
Administration fees were cut from April 1.
"The purpose of the merger is to provide better service, products and value to members, now and well into the future," Ms Turner said at the time.
Spirit Super has averaged returns over the last three years of:
- 7.4 per cent for the balanced option (MySuper);
- 8.76 per cent for growth; and
- 4.28 per cent for conservative.
