Old Scotch pair Ella Maurer and Jemma Blair and North-West forward Amy Bissett have all been called up ahead of Sunday's 3.30pm clash with Hawthorn at Box Hill.
The trio were added to the squad alongside injured Southern star Perri King at the Roos' request and are likely to play several games before the end of the season.
Devils coach Cameron Joyce said the opportunity could only help the quartet's draft chances.

"It certainly doesn't hurt being able to play at the next level and see how they go against even some AFLW-listed players," Joyce said.
"They'll get some really good learnings out of it I'm sure, both what they do well but also too some of the things they need to improve on.
"They all had really good seasons ... Jemma Blair showed some real leadership down back, played on some really good players and got better as the year went on.
"Ella Maurer is super consistent in the midfield and won a lot of the ball - her two Allies games, where she got best in both of those, were excellent. Hopefully they all equip themselves well."
Sarah Skinner, Meagan Kiely, Daria Bannister, Brooke Brown, Camilla Taylor, Meg Sinclair and Naomi Celebre have all played for the Roos' VFLW team this season while Priscilla Odwogo played for Williamstown on Anzac Day.
