Mr Hawkey on Thursday said all ballot papers have been returned to their home division.
He said more than 30,000 voters filled out their ballots outside their home division this state election - a 30-per-cent increase on the figures in the 2018 election.

Mr Hawkey said Lyons electors topped the list for out-of-division voting with 10,000 voters submitting ballots outside the electorate.
The count in Clark was updated on Thursday afternoon.
No candidate has received a quota in their own right as yet.
The Liberals remain on target to win a second seat, thus allowing them to govern in majority.
Liberal candidate Madeleine Ogilvie is still in front of Simon Beharkis, but only by 228 votes.
Independent Kristie Johnston continues to lead fellow independent candidate Sue Hickey.
