Two-time TSLW team of the year representative Meg Sinclair was a shining light for North Melbourne in the weekend's 10.8 (68) to 4.2 (26) loss to Casey Demons.
Sinclair kicked three goals from eight touches to win praise from Roos coach Cheyne Webster.
"Meg has been terrific since coming into the group from Tasmania," Webster told North Media..
"Three goals was a great reward for effort and she's got a bright future."

The Kangaroos, who will meet the undefeated Collingwood at home next weekend, were also well-served by AFLW player and Sinclair's former Launceston teammate Brooke Brown (14 touches, four marks).
The Kangaroos have six Tasmanian players - Brown, Daria Bannister, Nicole Bresnehan, Ellie Gavalas, Britt Gibson and Mia King - on their list heading into next year's AFLW season.
Last week saw King, another Launceston premiership winner, named as the Roos' best young player after a 2021 campaign that saw the 20-year-old average 10 touches from nine games.
