Sciulli's NPL Tasmania side will welcome Glenorchy to Propsect Park in the Lakoseljac Cup semi-finals while Justin Dyer's under-20 team will travel to Ulverstone, guaranteeing at least one Northern side in the deciders.
"It's lovely for the club," Sciulli said.
"It says a lot for our junior development to both reach this stage because Justin and I both have a lot of youth in our sides and yet our under-18s are still doing well."
Having knocked out Olympia after extra-time on Saturday a week before facing the same team in the league, City has now lined up a double-date with the Knights as the cup tie will be a fortnight after their first league meeting of the season.
"That will be good for the lads," Sciulli said.
"Glenorchy are the yardstick at the moment and will be very tough. They are a strong, physical side with a lot of players with premiership experience but we're looking forward to the opportunity to make a grand final and hopefully we can do well on our own dunghill.
"Our under-20s are playing some good football. They've got some good players among them with NPL experience such as [Justin's son] Charlie Dyer and are a good chance."
The other semi-final demonstrates the romance of cup competitions with league champion Devonport set to visit the picturesque home ground of the only remaining non-statewide side, Taroona.
Launceston United's reward for Saturday's thumping 15-0 win over New Town Eagles in the women's cup is a trip to Devonport's conqueror Kingborough.
The top two in the Women's Super League, Olympia and Clarence, meet in the other semi.
All ties are due to be played on the weekend of May 29.
