EARLIER
Police are responding to three car crashes in and around Launceston today.
Emergency services are on the scene of a car crash on Westbury Road at South Launceston.
A Tasmania Police spokesperson said no serious injuries have been reported. However, drivers are asked to avoid the area until the scene is cleared.
The spokesperson said police remain on scene of a two car crash on the Kings Meadows Connector where two people have been transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
In a separate incident, a truck rolled over at Dilston this morning partially blocking the East Tamar Highway.
The police spokesperson said one person has been taken to hospital for observations.

Two separate crashes have caused traffic delays on two major highways near Launceston.
Emergency services are on the scene of a car crash on the Midland Highway at Kings Meadows where two people have been injured.

A Tasmania Police spokesperson asked drivers to avoid the area and anticipate delays until the scene is cleared.
It appears that traffic is blocked in both directions on the Kings Meadows Connector and drivers heading south on the Midland Highway are being diverted back towards Youngtown.
In a separate incident, police have responded to reports of a truck rollover at Dilston, which has left the East Tamar Highway partially blocked near property number 1997.
A Tasmania Police spokesperson said no serious injuries have been reported at this stage. However, they asked people to drive with caution until the scene is cleared.
