Skate Park Leagues will be hosting a tournament on April 16 at Ravenswood Skate Park as part of the Australian Skate Park Leagues Tournament.
The national competition is open to all junior skateboarders as they compete for points in events across the state. The top three skaters from each state attend a national championship in March every year.
The Launceston event will see competitors showcase their talents in BMX, scooter and skateboard.

Participant Jack Joe said he was excited to participate in the competition on Friday.
"I am excited ... I'll give it a shot and do my best," he said.
Riverbend Rock is also back on after being postponed last year due to COVID-19.
The competition will see 10 bands from Northern Tasmanian schools rock out in 30 minute sets to progress in the Tasmanian Rock Challenge series.
Council acting mayor Danny Gibson said the events promised to be packed with entertainment in time for the school holidays.
"I love music so I am looking forward to hearing some rock bands on Saturday," he said.
"The most exciting thing is there is two days of incredible activities that are showcasing the incredible talents of young people and we know there are super talented young people in our community."
The Skate Park Leagues event is on at Ravenswood Skate Park on April 16 at 11am. Riverbend Rock is on at Riverbend Park on April 17 between 11am and 4pm.
