St Pats host Old Launcestonians on May 1, with the pair two-thirds of the league's Northern division, which kickstarted in 1931 alongside Associated Banks.
In the first 10 seasons of the league, the Saints won the premiership four times, including the 1936 premiership cup which was found at the Mowbray tip last year.

As the two foundation clubs meet, St Pats will celebrate the 1936 premiership by wearing heritage jumpers in the same design as well as displaying the cup and an antique book illustrating the Amateurs' history.
Club president Ian McCallum is hoping to locate as many descendants of the premiership side as possible for St Pats' significant day.
"We've got some coming along, we'd just love to have as many as we could get a hold of," he said.
"There's a lot of names that people have looked at - the Foley name is one for instance - that have been around for a long time.
