However, now that the industry is getting back on its feet, Australian singer, songwriter and guitarist Owen Campbell will be heading to Launceston as part of his new four-month tour.
Campbell spent the year of the pandemic at home with his family.
He got into farming and growing his own produce, but he missed doing what he does best.

"[Cancelling the 70-date 2020 tour] was surreal. I am glad to be getting back into it," he said.
"[COVID-19] inhibiting [me and the band] from playing just made me really grateful and enjoy shows much more than I had for years."
The musician said the new show would include some of the more recent work that he had created in the last 12 months.
[The music is] rock and roll. It's blues, it's country, it's sort of southern rock and roll," he said.
Tasmania is an enjoyable touring spot for Campbell.
"To me, it's a magical place," he said.
"I've always enjoyed Tassie, always seem to get a generous crowd."
Campbell will perform at The Royal Oak on April 16 for a one-night-only show in Launceston.
