There must be something in the water - Tasmania has yet another big winner in TattsLotto this week.
A Hobart man is reportedly "playing it cool" after winning just under 1 million dollars this week.
The winner was one of six division one winners nationally in a draw on April 3. He walks away with $965,635.
The man said he was still in a bit of shock.
"I scanned the ticket using the Lott app, and that's when I saw I'd won division one," he said.
"I just couldn't believe it. My heart wouldn't stop racing.
"I was at work too, so I had to play it cool, but I was screaming on the inside. This is completely life-changing for me."
He said he already had some plans for how he would spend his winnings.
"I will use a lot of it to pay off the mortgage," he said.
"I would also like to do some renovations on the home, and go on a few holidays."
IN OTHER NEWS:
The winner purchased his TattsLotto ticket from West End Newsagency in Hobart.
The newsagency manager, Shahani Vandermolen, said it was very exciting.
"We haven't sold a division one winning entry in years, so it was a great surprise," she said.
"We would love to send our congratulations to our winner."
