Queensland Health authorities have not yet established how the case contracted COVID-19 but all recent arrivals from Queensland are being contacted about the locations in the Brisbane and Moreton Bay areas identified as risk locations.
In addition to locations announced on Friday, further locations were designated as high-risk locations on Saturday, including:
March 20 - Shinobi Ramen Noodle Shop from 12 to 2.16pm, Black Hops Brewery from 12 to 2pm, Green Beacon Brewing Co. from 2 to 3.12pm, Eatons Hill Hotel from 3.44 to 5.30pm.
March 21 -The Standard Market Company, Gasworks Plaza from 9.50 to 10.20am.
March 22 - PCYC Lawnton from 7.16 to 8.10am, Bunnings Lawnton from 3.15 to 3.30pm, Strathpine Shopping Centre from 3.43 to 3.49pm.

March 23 - Lawton Zambrero from 12.51 to 12.55pm, Lawnton Fruit Market from 1.57 to 2.05pm, Nellas Gourmet Tucker from 3.37 to 3.47pm, Poolwerx Strathpine from 3.15 to 3.57pm, Strathpine Dan Murphy's from 7.26 to 7.36pm.
March 24 - Lawnton Country Markets from 2.36 to 2.43pm.
March 25 - Strathpine BWS from 6.15 to 6.30pm, Ceres Pizza Café from 7 to 7.58pm.
Anyone now in Tasmania who was in any of these locations at the specified times is asked to self-isolate immediately and contact the Public Health Hotline on 1800 671 738 for further advice.
Anyone intending to travel to Tasmania who has been to any of these locations will not be permitted to enter the state unless approved as an essential traveller.
Any affected travellers will need to apply to the Deputy State Controller to enter the state via the G2G PASS system. If allowed to enter they will be required to quarantine for 14 days and be tested in the first few days and last few days of this period, hotel quarantine fees may apply.
Anyone who was in these areas since March 8 and has had any symptoms since then should get also tested, even if their symptoms have settled.
