Organisers are hopeful of attracting some of Northern Tasmanian cricket's biggest names to an event that has been in the works for well over a year.
Former Riverside president Peter Scott said the reunion had already attracted great interest and would be a chance to renew friendships, remember past seasons and get behind the competition's current crop of players.
He encouraged the Greater Northern Raiders and past NTCA clubs such as Old Scotch, Midlands and Scottsdale to get behind the function.

"It was the brainchild of Leigh Rowley and Scotty Plummer to pull together all the clubs rather than just the individual clubs," Scott said.
"After you've finished playing, there's nothing better than catching up with opposition as well as your own teammates and having a really enjoyable time and we've kept it at a moderate price just to encourage as many people as possible.
"It's generated a heap of following on our Facebook page and it's generated a lot of good humour on the site as well in the lead-up.
"On the night we just want a lot of fun, but we also want to include the current players and the importance of the Raiders as a pathway to higher honours."
Northern Tasmania boasts a strong history of cricketing prowess, including producing the player of the match in three of the 12 World Cup finals (David Boon, Ricky Ponting and James Faulkner).
The reunion will be held on Friday, October 1 at Country Club Tasmania.
