In addition to some major personnel changes, the installation of floodlights has opened up the prospect of night matches at Windsor Park.
Financed by a federal government grant, the system is complemented by the installation of other additional infrastructure which is being coordinated by West Tamar Council.

President Stuart McCarron said the club is delighted with the results.
"We're very happy with the lights and envisage that we will be able to play the majority of our NPL games at 4.30pm on Saturdays so that the whole day builds up to them," he said. "It's an exciting step forward for the club."
The spotlight now falls on Gaetani to make sure the on-field results are similarly illuminating and the wily operator hasn't been slow encouraging some potential stars out of the shadows.
How's the squad?
The pre-season results have been tough to look at because of the scoreline but (new keeper) Dan (Nash) has been away and some players were a bit out of their depth in terms of age and size.
But we have been starting to get players back from injury and illness.
We were a lot better in the last game and are quietly confident about the season ahead.
When Luca (Vigilante), Todd (Mitchell) and Dan are all available, we should see some major improvements.
With players like Will Humphrey, Max Reissig and Fletcher Fulton plus the new additions we've got, we're confident we will be a lot more consistent and have a stronger year than last year.
Yes, we are losing a flair player like Nil (Sanz) but we should have goals from more consistent sources. It should be a stronger season, especially with Luca back.
I'm also delighted to have Alan Eadie as assistant head coach.
Season aim?
We want to look to finish mid-table or above.
We are past being a young side now, especially with these new guys.
Mid-table or above is a pass mark, that's my aim.
Player to watch?
James Hall or Max Reissig in terms of young players. Humpa (Will Humphrey) is going to have another storming year and so will Fletcher Fulton. I'm extremely confident they will establish themselves as top-line players, if they haven't already.
Top goal-scorer?
Last year's player of the season, Fletcher Fulton.
