Franklin House committee chairperson Julie Dineen said the event was the major fundraiser for the house each year.
"Unfortunately, last year we had to cancel because of COVID. This years it's especially special because we missed out last year," she said.

The event will be a chance for the community to see the old Franklin House Well that was recently unearthed.
"I think it's the first new discovery of anything to do with Franklin House for a long time. It's very important," Ms Dineen said.
The fair will also include a mix of stalls from Franklin House - offering plants, cakes, books, bric-a-brac, and lace and linen - plus around 20 other private stalls.
The fair will be held March 21 from 10am-2pm at Franklin House and is free to enter.
