"Each finalist also had a strong emphasis on looking after their farm team by supporting each person in developing their skills and making the workplace one where people enjoy coming to work."
Other awards which will be announced include the Rex James Stockfeed Dairy Safety Award, Veolia Environmental Award, Mondelez Young Farmer of the Year Award, Aurora Energy Employer of Choice Award, Fonterra Share Dairy Farmer of the Year Award and the Fonterra Employee of the Year Award.
The award, along with the six other DairyTas awards, will be announced on March 18 at the Tasmanian Dairy Awards dinner.
