A 60-year-old man was caught almost five times the limit at 0.247 on Clarence Street, Perth, while a 43-year-old George Town man was caught at 0.131 on The Strand in George Town.
A 32-year-old Kings Meadows man was caught double the limit on the Bass Highway.
With Monday a public holiday, noise complaints were common throughout the region.
Inspector Darren Hopkins said police received five noise complaints around the Launceston CBD and four for parties across the Northern district.

From Friday night until Monday afternoon, police attended 23 disturbances including 11 domestic violence incidents, five assaults and three evading police incidents.
Police are continuing to investigate a fatal pedestrian collision in Epping Forest on Saturday night.
A 43-year-old South Launceston man was killed when he was struck by a vehicle on the Midland Highway, after he parked his BMW X-5 on the side of the highway and stood on the road, according to police.
Inspector Hopkins said investigators are continuing to speak to witnesses who have come forward.
"Crash Investigation are still interested in hearing from anyone who may have dashcam relevant to the crash or who may have witnessed the vehicle traveling north on the Midlands Highway prior to the fatality," he said.
"Police suspect that alcohol and maybe drugs played a significant factor in the crash but wont know for sure until toxicology results are returned from the post mortem."
