A new partnership announced earlier this year has opened up the Kangaroos' reserves side to seven TSL players and one North-West talent aged between 19 and 22.
Tom Donnelly (North Launceston), Miller Hodge (Launceston), Callum Kilpatrick (North Hobart), Harrison Gunther (Glenorchy) and Bailey Boag (Burnie) will all feature in the 10am GMHBA Stadium fixture, with AFL-listed Roo Patrick Walker named as an emergency for the Arden Street clash with Hawthorn.
Donnelly and Hodge have both been tipped for big seasons by their respective coaches as the countdown to season 2021 ticks inside four weeks.

Donnelly's Bombers have played pre-season clashes with NTFA neighbours Rocherlea and are set to meet the Tassie Devils later this month before kicking off their season with a Good Friday clash with Launceston.
The Blues, meanwhile, will field an under-22 side against NWFL outfit Penguin on Saturday.
The Two Blues' side is coach by AFL Maverick Weller and also features fellow ex-Gold Coast Sun Luke Russell.
"I've known Mav for a long time, we were family friends growing up so really easy practice game to organise," Blues coach Mitch Thorp said.
"Dial Park is a fantastic ground so we're looking forward to looking at our younger guys go to work against some guys that have played a lot of AFL footy."
The Blues have so far played two internal trials in pre-season.
Ex-Geelong and Sydney utility Jackson Thurlow, who has been training at Windsor Park, has been among the best but it's two midfielders who have caught Thorp's eye over the summer.
"Two that really spring to mind, Brodie Palfreyman and Jake Hinds, have been sensational," Thorp said.
"Palf is really motivated to get back as an inside midfielder and he's done a lot of really good work.
"Jake again is full of class and wants to become the best mid in Tasmania to be honest.
"We think he's got the quality to be able to do that and he's one that's put his head down, bum up over the summer period."
