Sunday's one-sided one-day fixture at Westbury saw a below-strength New Town side bowled out for just 16 as Hannah Magor (3-4 off four overs) and Sophie Parkin (2-4 off four overs) ended the innings in just 67 balls.
The Raiders needed just 3.3 overs to reach the target nine wickets down as captain Caitlyn Webster finished unbeaten on 13.
New Town's total will go down as the lowest ever recorded in CTPL women's competition, eclipsing Clarence's 38 all out in a 2012 one-dayer against a Lindisfarne team featuring two AFLW players in Jessica Wuetschner (Brisbane) and Emma Humphries (ex-Melbourne and North Melbourne).
Maddison Smith (ex-North Melbourne) played for Clarence.

New Town's 16 also tops the lowest-ever T20 score - 10-21 - which New Town inflicted on University in 2014.
That match saw just two University batters - Maddison Blazely and ex-Roar coach Julia Price - avoid ducks as Gabby Mann took 3-1 off three overs.
The lowest men's one-day total in CTPL is South Hobart-Sandy Bay's 10-20 against Clarence in 2000, while the lowest T20 total was recorded by Kingborough in 2018.
Chasing Lindisfarne's 7-174, the Knights were all out for 21 as Jarrod Freeman (4-0 off three), Nathan Ellis and Aaron Summers (both 1-4 off two) all dominated.
