But for South Launceston's women's cricket team, it's become second nature - winning six Cricket North premierships in six years.
Having also won the past six Greater Northern Cup titles, the Knights have become arguably the most successful sporting side in Northern Tasmania, which co-captain Caitlyn Webster believes is due to their strong core group.
"Quite a few of us have been involved in all six Cricket North premierships and the Cricket North-West ones and a couple of state ones we have won," she said.

"But also, the club support we have, it is that much of a one-club atmosphere.
"The boys are right behind us, we train with the boys to better ourselves and we can't thank the club enough."
After Riverside won Cricket North's first women's season in 2014-15, the Knights have been untouchable on the grand stage, with 21 players earning premiership medallions.
Six of them - Webster, fellow co-captain and coach Belinda Wegman, Amy Duggan, Ellie Matthews, Lisa Battle and Meg Radford - have played in all six victories, with an additional three having played in five.

Saturday's 80-run victory over Launceston saw two new players - Ashlee Scott and Skye Furlonge - earn premiership medallions, much to Webster's pleasure.
"It's doing wonders for women's cricket, having these juniors that come in and we really get around them and make sure that we are helping them as we like to give back as much as the club has given to us," she said.
"To be able to get back and help the juniors out, get them growing to where we are, is an awesome feeling as well."
The women's program was the foundation and starting place of Melbourne Renegades WBBL star Courtney Webb's cricketing career, playing in their first two premierships.
The club almost added another state representative this season, with Meg Radford selected in the Tasmanian Tigers' 14-player WNCL squad.
"To see Meg get selected the other week in the Tassie Tigers was awesome," Webster said.
"We've been around each other for quite some time and just the work that everyone puts in, to see it pay off and see their improvement over the last few years is awesome."
