The hotel's kitchen will shut from February 28, but the venue will still operate as a bar and offer chips, nuts and other bar snacks for patrons.
Graham Lee, who has been the licensee for 18 months, said the closure was due to an operational restructure.
"We do not have a reopening date [for the kitchen] at this stage," he said.
"We have only just put it out, so we're still gauging people's responses."
Mr Lee also said the hotel would welcome patrons to bring in food from other local businesses.
