Fresh off their first-ever win at Gippsland last weekend, the Devils had been preparing to host Western Jets at Kingston on Saturday.
Instead, all round two fixtures will be postponed as Victoria implements a five-day lockdown to stamp out a cluster of cases at Melbourne Airport's Holiday Inn.
The postponement follows a 2020 campaign - the Devils' first at NAB League level - that saw just two rounds completed as coronavirus called an early end to the season.

"The health and safety of everyone in the NAB League and wider community remains the priority," a NAB League statement read.
"The AFL will continue to take the advice of governments and health officials as it works through fixturing alternatives for the NAB League Girls to ensure matches are played, however, acknowledges the situation is fluid and any decision made may change."
Before Friday's announcement, the Devils had been preparing to back up a history-making win that saw them finish round one top of the ladder.
"They were stoked," Northern talent operations manager Nathan Warren said.
"Monday [training] was great, the girls came in with beaming smiles on their faces and the ones that didn't play got around them.
"We had Camilla Taylor's birthday to celebrate too - one of our staff made her a cake - and Wednesday they were up and about as well."
Three Devils had made the competition's team of the week, with Charlie Ransom (half-forward), Amy Prokopiec (full-forward) and Amy Bissett (interchange) all rewarded for stellar round one performances.
Ex-Northern Bomber Ella Maurer was voted 'Devil of the week' by teammates for best demonstrating team values in the Gippsland win.

"She's fantastic, she's a 19-year-old so she's playing as a top-age," Warren said.
"She was voted into the the leadership group by her peers and she's played a couple of full seasons of TSLW so she's fantastic to be around and gets the girls up and about which is really cool.
"I really enjoy coaching the girls, they're a nice bubbly group and being involved is awesome."
The Devils had made just one change for the clash, with Burnie's Shania Saward called up to replace ex-Northern Bomber Zoe Bourne, who could miss the rest of the campaign with a broken wrist.
