A focus on fostering a supportive team environment and supporting the community has recognised for Launceston's Key2 Property.
The agency received the inaugural Real Estate Business group award for Social and Community Service Program of the Year, and were the only Tasmanian agency to win an award.
Key2 Property Director Tameka Smith said it was an honour to be recognised on a national level.
"It was super exciting, and especially that award because that represents what we do for our team and our community, so it was a really good feeling," Ms Smith said.
"It's two awards in one really - for having a place of employment that promotes a really great culture and team environment, but also the work we do in the community and what we give back."

Ms Smith said the award was a team effort.
"It's not about one individual, it's an achievement by our whole company and it means every single person within our business believes in our ethos about being a good person, it's a reflection on us as a whole," she said.
"We support a lot of schools with sponsorship opportunities and careers days, and we're pretty active with the Migrant Resource Centre, and we offer our team members a paid volunteer day at a charity they choose.
"I'm really proud of what we've done."
