Acting Director of Public Health Scott McKeown said the Peel, South-West and Perth regions had all been labelled high-risk.
He said anyone in Tasmania who was in WA on or after January 25 should check the list of exposure sites.
Anyone who was at any of the locations listed at the specific date and time should self-isolate immediately in their accommodation and call the Public Health Hotline on 1800 671 738 after 9am tomorrow (Monday 1 February) for further advice," Dr McKeown said
"The WA risk location list may change as the WA public health response progresses and it should be checked regularly by anyone who has recently been in WA."
Anyone who wishes to enter Tasmania from the high-risk locations will not be permitted unless approved by the Deputy State Controller.
Those given an exemption will be required to complete 14 days quarantine upon arrival and will be required to take a COVID-19 test.
Travellers isolating after arriving from WA
More than 100 people have been told to self-isolate after arriving in Hobart from Western Australia on Sunday.
It follows an announcement that a security guard working at a hotel quarantine facility tested positive for COVID-19.
WA Premier Mark McGowan announced that much of the state would go into lockdown as health authorities worked to trace the source of the infection.

The Perth metropolitan area, the Peel region just outside of Perth and the South-West have all been locked down.
A plane carrying 108 passengers arrived in Hobart from WA on Sunday afternoon.
Tasmanian Premier Peter Gutwein said all of those passengers had been asked to self isolate.
"Tasmania's Public Health Services are liaising with colleagues in Western Australia and AHPPC to determine action that will need to be taken in response to the COVID-19 case of community transmission announced by the WA Premier late today," he said.
"A flight from Perth has landed in Hobart late this afternoon. 108 passengers have been asked to self-isolate and told they will be contacted by Public Health.
"We are also reviewing details around travellers who have arrived in the state recently via Perth and will make contact with them if Public Health determines it's necessary to ask them to take any action to help minimise any risk."
Mr Gutwein asked Tasmanians not to travel to WA after Mr McGowan requested people from outside the state not travel to WA.
He said it was highly likely restrictions would be placed on travel from WA shortly.
"I would also encourage people to keep up to date via coronavirus.tas.gov.au if they are considering travelling to Tasmania after spending time in WA, as it is highly likely there will be restrictions and conditions, such as quarantine, imposed on travellers from WA shortly," Mr Gutwein said.
"Further advice will be provided as soon as our Public Health officials have all available information. As we have done throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Tasmania will take swift and proportionate action to keep Tasmanians safe."
