The two-weekend event was embraced enthusiastically in Launceston and Hobart, with 350 artists showcasing their talents across 58 venues.
This year the festival recorded a total attendance of more than 35,000 people. About 65 per cent of those were Tasmanian and 35 per cent were interstate visitors.

Mona Foma curator Brian Ritchie said it was "a precarious position to program and deliver a festival in the middle of a global pandemic", but Tasmanians rose to the occasion.
"The mainlanders were astonished at what we were doing because it looked and felt like a festival, something they were not prepared for," he said.
"We've had some festivals where [interstate attendance] was a little bit more than 50 per cent but I would say this [year's numbers] is in the realm of normal."
