Having only started bowling a few months ago, the wicket-keeper ripped through the Blues' tail to record stunning figures of 6-12 off three overs.
Chasing South's 5-121 at Windsor Park, third-placed Riverside were over-reliant on Emma Manix-Geeves whose contribution of 56 was well over half her team's total of 92.
Despite a golden duck for Elyse Page, Riverside looked in control at 1-45 but Sophia Smith's 10 was only their second double-figure contribution as the remaining nine batters totalled just 13 between them.
Manix-Geeves hit eight boundaries in her hour-long innings, but when Webster claimed her wicket at 5-82 the wheels fell off as the final five wickets were lost for just two runs.
Having only bowled in three games this season, Webster's total of six overs have produced 10 wickets for 23 runs. Her previous best figures were 3-3 against Sheffield in the Greater Northern Cup.
In contrast to their hosts, South shared the runs around as six of their seven batters made double figures.
Meg Radford led the way with a run-a-ball unbeaten 33, her fourth unbeaten innings of the season helping to establish an impressive average of 51.25 although yet to register a half-century.
Openers Amy Duggan and Webster both made 20 as Tayla Buchanan recorded her best figures of the campaign with 3-23.
Bottom-placed Mowbray found runs hard to come by in a nine-wicket loss to Launceston.
The Eagles managed 5-64 at Invermay Park, Emily Scott their only double-figure contributor with a patient 13 off 46 balls including the side's only boundary.
Charlotte Layton led the bowling figures with 2-10.
In contrast, Launceston looked at home at Invermay Park, surpassing their target with just one wicket down and nearly half their overs remaining.
Anna Janssen steered the run chase with an unbeaten 28, her highest score of the season. Layton was also unbeaten on a quickfire 15 as Cassie Blair (1-13) claimed the solitary wicket of Jade Devlin (7).
The top two sides of South and Launceston face Mowbray and Riverside respectively next weekend before meeting each other in round 10.
