Stressica is a slapstick comedy which discusses managing stress and anxiety for four to 12-year-olds through the eyes of the character Isaac, whose stress manifests itself as a mischievous pest during the performance.
Producer Bindy Stephens said she wrote the show to provide a portal into the lives of children and their mental health.
"Stress and anxiety are so prevalent in society with young people," she said.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"The show is designed so that you can participate with your family or with your teacher so the ideas are easily remembered and provoke conversation."
There is also a post-show wellness workshop so children and adults can learn the strategies from the performance.
Stressica will run January 29 and 30 at the Windsor Precinct Amphitheatre. Tickets are available from trybooking.com.
The production will also tour as part of the Tassie School Tour.
