Mowbray were also unable to capture a breakthrough in their earlier contest of the day, going down to North-West outfit Wynyard by 120 runs.
Batting first, the visiting Tigers made 0-159 thanks to the work of Taylah Purton (84* off 63) and Greater Northern Raider Montana Bradley (66* off 60).
Dismissed for 39 in chase, Cassie Blair top scored with eight while Scott dug in for six off her 31 balls.
In last year's Cricket North grand final rematch, South Launceston continued their charge for a sixth consecutive Greater Northern Cup, defeating Launceston by nine wickets.
The Lions batted first, making 7-65 with Anna Janssen (22) and Rebekah Illingworth combining for 28-run stand to boost the side's total after being 5-26.
Zara Broomby (2-9) and Greater Northern Raiders representative Alice McLauchlan (2-10) were the chief destroyers, with the latter claiming the important wicket of Ianthe Boden for a golden duck.
Caitlyn Webster (35 off 30) and Amy Duggan looked like they were going to get the job done by themselves but Duggan was dismissed by Amy Pereira for 26 off 16 balls with scores level, requiring Ellie Mathews to come out and finish the job.
In other results, Devonport defeated Ulverstone and Wynyard to finish atop pool A undefeated, while Latrobe beat Sheffield.
