Finishing the one-day season atop the ladder, Launceston went right down to the wire in their victory against Devonport, sealing the match-up in the 49th over as they chased down the Orions' target of 188 with two wickets in hand.
With their first meeting of the year washed out, the two sides struggled to be split while Westbury's pursuit of a third consecutive title had a much easier route.
The Shamrocks accounted for Riverside to the tune of 10 wickets, dismissing the Blues for 75 on their home deck before the visiting openers got the job done - booking their spot in the January 24 decider.
