IN OTHER NEWS:
Both weekends of the festival will include The Panama Book Club featuring Robbie Arnott and his novel, The Rain Heron.
The first festival will be held on the usual Panama weekend from March 6-8, and the second from March 12-14.
It will be located at Lone Star Valley, lutruwita on a secluded 50-acre property and cider brewery.
The event runs on a cashless system, using wristbands with chips built in to determine how much credit a patron has remaining.
Credit can be pre-loaded or can be topped up on site with a bank card.
