Riverside spinner Cooper Anthes was the star of the day with 10 wickets across both games, including 4-12 off four in a 40-run win over second-placed Lindisfarne.
Making 8-125 thanks to Spencer Hayes' 29 and a steadying knock from Jack Manix-Geeves (44 off 34), the Raiders never looked like being beaten.
Anthes ripped through the middle order with two caught and bowleds before Toby Bellchambers (3-15) cleaned up the tail to dismiss the Lightning inside 17 overs.
Lachlan Nichols (4-25) and Liam Harris (22) were the pick of Lindisfarne's performers.

Earlier in the day, Anthes and Angus Foster starred in a thumping 143-run win over North Hobart.
The Raiders were merciless in compiling 6-196 as Foster (60 off 44) and Hayes (48 off 29) combined for a second-wicket stand of 105.
Foster took 19 off one over while Launceston's Tom Beaumont added an unbeaten 22 off 15 late to put icing on the total.
North Hobart's chase reached 1-30 after five overs and creeped up to 1-41 before Anthes and fellow Blues young gun Aidan O'Connor wreaked major havoc.
The Demons lost their final nine wickets for 12 runs as Anthes bowled three maidens in 6-3 with O'Connor snaring 3-4 off four.
The Raiders will next meet Clarence and South Hobart-Sandy Bay on Tuesday before Wednesday's final at Bellerive Oval.
