It doesn't seem common for businesses to be collaborative rather than competitive - but that is the theme with the businesses that co-locate at 1a Waldhorn Drive.

Tamar Ridge, Turner Stillhouse and Hubert and Dan have been working together to create the After 5 Fridays events - with Tamar Ridge providing the wine, Turner Stillhouse the spirits and cocktails, and Hubert and Dan the catering.
Tamar Ridge cellar door manager Bec Jones said the events are about celebrating the best of summer.
"We've collaborated with our on-site partners so we can make the most of what Friday evenings in summer have to offer," Ms Jones said.
"We realised there was a bit of a gap in the market in this area for things to do on a Friday evening, so we got together with Turner Stillhouse and Hubert and Dan and came up with the idea for After 5 Fridays to give people somewhere to go and something to do."
IN OTHER NEWS:
The event aims to offer a relaxed way for people to unwind after a busy week, with people encouraged to bring along a picnic rug or deck chairs to pull up space on the lawn.
This Friday will see people entertained by musician Oscar O'Shea, while Vinyl in the Vines will be taking over on Friday, January 22 for the last event of the season.
Turner Stillhouse founder Justin Turner said the event appealed to a wide audience.
"You've got wine, you've got spirits and you've got food all in the same location, it's great for adults but also those who want to bring their families along," Mr Turner said.
"We see people coming from the local area, but also driving out from the city because it's a really great opportunity for people to enjoy being outdoors in the summer.
"I see our product lines as being complimentary to one another, we've got some specialty and regular cocktails on offer and it's going to be a great start for people's weekends."
Ms Jones encouraged people to make bookings for the event, which runs between 4.30pm and 8pm.
"It's best to book via the website so we can allocate numbers and ensure we can fit people in, we'd hate to turn people away on the day," she said.
"We really hope that people come along and enjoy the event, and that it reinforces that you can have lots of different experiences at our site.
"Come spend an afternoon, have a wine tasting, have lunch at Hubert and Dan and enjoy a distillery tour, there's even accommodation on site that's owned by other people if you want to base yourself here for a weekend."
Bookings can be made via the Tamar Ridge website.
