The last data set was released on September 25 which means the due date for an update was on Christmas Day.
The government released the data on December 20 last year.
Labor's health spokeswoman Sarah Lovell said the information published on the health and human services dashboard was now six months old.
"What we know from some of the health data is that we have seen some of those indicators worsening over a number of years now,"
Labor's housing spokeswoman Alison Standen said the public housing waiting list had increased by more than 50 per cent since 2014.
Health Minister Sarah Courtney and Human Services Minister Roger Jaensch in a statement said the information would be released once it was finalised.
"This has been the case for many years, and the release time ranges between the end of December and early in the new year," they said.
The statement referred to the late release of quarterly health data by former Health Minister Michelle O'Byrne on January 20, 2012.
