"It turned out really well. People never let COVID dampen their spirits. Everyone had a really good time celebrating the end of 2020," she said.

Ms Smith said all three venues had received a huge reception from attendees with the Riverbend celebration selling out and the Royal Park and Esplanade festivities selling almost all available tickets prior to the event.
"It was about 2000 people at each event," she said.
"Obviously it was less than what we could do in previous years but it was a really good turn out."
