Launceston speedster Isaac Chugg and North Hobart talent Patrick Walker were picked up by Victorian clubs in Thursday's rookie draft.
A former Longford junior known for his blistering pace on a wing, Chugg was selected by Collingwood with pick 28 after playing in the Blues' 2020 TSL flag.
The 18-year-old finished top 10 in two categories at the national combine testing earlier this year.
"We're so pleased for Isaac," Launceston coach Mitch Thorp said.
"He's a terrific young man who has faced some adversity and showed real maturity over the last 12 months, we can't wait to watch him on the big stage.
"This is a ringing endorsement that TSL is vitally important with Patrick Walker and Isaac both being drafted from the TSL this year."
Walker is off to North Melbourne after being snapped up with the second pick of the draft.
