The site on Wellington Street was listed with 4,928 square metres of floorspace, described as suiting "hotel, residential, medical, educational and office type use going forward."
The site on Paterson Street was listed at 1,946 square metres with three street frontages, being "ideal owner occupied office offering or investment."
Shepherd and Heap director Blake Shepherd said he fielded strong interest for the two properties.
"There were multiple offers received on both sites," Mr Shepherd said.
"They are now with our client for consideration."
