Top-of-the-ladder Longford will lock horns with fellow undefeated team Trevallyn at Trevallyn Park on Saturday.
The latter's coach James Whiteley said with the possibility of rain, his team would try to get out and win early.
He said the key to victory against the Tigers would be to stop bowler Max Magann from limiting them. Across four one-day matches, he's allowed an average of 18.75 runs from 6.5 overs.
"That's been the talk through our batting groups ... if we can get through Magann, we have a good chance to win," Whiteley said.
Longford captain Jackson Blair said his side was excited to have a crack at Trevallyn.
"We're very interested to see how we stack up against a quality side like them," he said. Blair added that his team's strength in its bowling attack would be key to downing their opponents.
"That's something we've really focussed on this season - controlling the match through our bowling," he said.

Perth will face another challenge this weekend in ACL. Coach John Hayes said allowing nine wickets for 15 runs against Longford last weekend was "embarrassing".
"I think it starts with our batting - we haven't batted the overs out three weeks in a row I believe," Hayes said.
"That's where it'll be won and lost [this week] for sure."
Legana continues to face tough opponents, and they don't get much tougher than upcoming Hadspen.
Coach Michael Quill said he was disappointed in the team's batting effort so far this season.
"We're not batting the overs that we want at the moment ... and especially playing against Hadspen who will make for a good benchmark for how our team's doing going into Christmas," he said.
Hadspen coach Liam Reynolds said there were a few trying conditions to start last round's match against Bracknell, but overall he was pleased with the Chieftains' effort.
He said he anticipated a tight one against Legana, given the close margins in previous games.
Reynolds will play his 100th game with Hadspen on Saturday.
The league's two winless sides in Bracknell and Evandale will face off at Morven Park.
Bracknell coach Dylan Semmens said while the team's bowling in round six was solid, their weakness laid on the other side of the crease.
"We came out firing, but we just weren't able to score enough runs. That's what we need to focus on this weekend - we need to put a price on our wickets," he said.
