Musicians Peter Parkes, Susannah Coleman-Brown and Yyan Ng will be responsible for filling the air with pleasant sounds while artist Maggie Fletcher will paint a live mural reflecting the event.
The Lions Club of George Town will also be on hand providing free food for the crowd.
Ms Hart said another big part of the event was enabling community members to revisit key areas of concern and positivity arising from a community survey they had conducted.
"It's an opportunity to check back in, make sure we're on track and offer better ideas," she said.
Community pride, sustainable employment, education, wellbeing and inclusion were priorities from the survey and would be focused on at the event.
The event is free and those wanting to get a long are encouraged to register online through Facebook or the group's email: futureimpactgroup.gtm@gmail.com.
