At Invermay Park, Launceston made light work of Mowbray despite the Eagles posting a competitive 8-94.
Lining up without coach Rhianne Hack, the hosts put on 21 for the first wicket through Phoebe Atkins and Cassie Blair before Isabel Partridge (24 not out) anchored the middle order.
Amy Pereira (2-9) picked up two late wickets while Mary Broadhurst (1-13) and Georgie Nicolson (1-15) were both economic from four overs.
The Lions then reached 0-95 inside 12 overs as former Riverside keeper Ianthe Boden (64 not out) posted her third score of 60-plus this season.
The physiotherapist had handy support from fellow opener Lynn Hendley (22 not out) with Monique Sawyer the only Eagle to concede less than six an over.

SOUTH LAUNCESTON continued its unbeaten run with an 88-run win at Riverside.
Batting first, the Knights lost Meg Radford early but steadied through Amy Duggan (20) and skipper Belinda Wegman (35).
Ava Curtis (47 not out) and Caitlyn Webster (22 not out) closed out the innings at 4-139 with an unbeaten 64-run stand with Tayla Buchanan (3-25) the pick of the Blues bowlers.
The Blues then struggled to make any inroads with the bat as star pair Emma Manix-Geeves and Sophie Parkin fell cheaply.
Elyse Page (13 not out) was the sole Blue to reach double figures as Amy Duggan (0-5 off four) and Ellie Mathews (0-9 off four) kept things tight.
Knights all-rounder Narine Maurangi (3-0 off two) wrapped up the innings with three wickets in six balls as Riverside finished 7-51.
Saturday's games begin at 10am and see Launceston host South Launceston and Mowbray host Riverside.
