The popular bar has undergone an extensive eight-week refurbishment, with partners Di Warren, Peter Goss, Jade Elmer and Cassie Conn taking on the task.
Ms Warren said it was the vision of her partner Peter Goss to transform the tired venue.

"Peter has owned the license at Beauty Point for the last few years, and he and his family wanted to move back into town," Ms Warren said.
"He's a sports-mad licensee - he turned the waterfront hotel into a sports bar, and he's always had a vision to create somewhere couples could go together - where the ones who loved a punt could watch the football, and those who didn't have their own space."
The couple searched for the right venue, finding the Plough Inn for sale earlier this year.
"It ticked all of the boxes for us, because of the different spaces and what it could accommodate," Ms Warren said.
"It had great bones, an amazing floor plan we've had a major refurbishment and completely changed the entire look of it."
The refurbished venue offers a wine bar, sports bar and function space, targeted towards businesses for events.
Ms Warren said the highlight for her, and the key feature was the rooftop bar.
"I think the rooftop was one of most underutilised places in Launceston," she said.
"I didn't know it was there until we first came and had a look, and it's one of our favourite areas."
The rooftop space is suitable for all-weather, with a remote-controlled retractable cover.
"We did a soft opening with some family and friends on Saturday, and the weather came in while we were all outside," Ms Warren said.
"We were able to get it all undercover quickly, it's such a versatile space."
The Plough Inn will offer all of the standard pub favourites on the menu, including a snack menu for the bar and cheese boards, with a variety of beers and ciders on tap.
"Peter had the vision of a sports bar that offered it all, and that's exactly what has been created," Ms Warren said.
"The refurbishment has meant a lot of late nights, but our tradies have been amazing with how they've helped us out.
"It's a fresh and fantastic new place, worlds away from what it was, and we can't wait to see what Launceston thinks of the space."
The Plough Inn is open at 170 Brisbane Street. Opening hours are 11am to midnight Tuesday to Sunday.
