The veteran midfielder held off Latrobe recruit Kayla Sheehan to win the Bombers' best and fairest for the second year running at UTAS Stadium on the weekend.
The win means Clifford remains the only Bomber to have won the award, and also the only player to have won awards at both the 2019 and 2020 presentation nights.
Clifford announced her retirement at three-quarter time of the preliminary final loss to Launceston, having been named TSLW team of the year captain in both her seasons at State League level.
Maggie Cuthbertson and Bonnie Farrell shared the Bombers' goalkicking award with four apiece in a shortened season, while Scottsdale recruit Ruby Slater took out out the coaches award.
Zoe Bourne, Ella Maurer and assistant coach Emily Perkins collected the awards for most consistent, most improved and best team woman respectively.
Georgia McCord won the under-17 best and fairest from Tunisha Kikoak last week.
The Bombers will host their best and fairest awards for senior and development league players at UTAS Stadium on Saturday night following a season which saw them reach a seventh-straight grand final.
